01. The Vision: Data Intelligence

Traditional CRMs are often “dumb” repositories where data goes to die. The goal of this pitch was to showcase a proactive platform that uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze sales pipelines, predict outcomes, and prioritize the “next best action” for sales representatives.

The Problem: Sales teams are overwhelmed by volume. They struggle to identify which leads are “hot,” which deals are at risk, and where to focus their limited time.

A major challenge in AI design is Trust. If a user doesn’t understand why an AI is suggesting a specific action, they won’t use it. I implemented three core AI-UX principles:
